PROJECT: Smart lighting system for indoor carpark

LOCATION: Dindaeng, Bangkok

REQUIREMENTS:             

AIA Capital Center, located on Ratchadaphisek road, is a 34-storey Grade A office building for lease with 3 floors of shopping space for rent who wants to install a smart lighting system for the indoor parking area because of the following reasons:


  • Energy-efficient but still provide brightness for the user’s peace of mind 24 hours a day
  • Reduce the problem of glare for residents in the surrounding buildings and neighboring areas.
  • Durable and high-performance lighting performance for safety

SERVICES:           

In addition to installing the Interact Industry Dashboard software in the Building Mangement System (BMS) to allow staff to view the energy consumption of the parking lot on each floor, Interact PRO Scalable also supports software development and the installation of additional equipment in the future. The lighting system is designed and placed, as well as the lighting pattern suitable for the use of the parking area in the building is as follows:


  • Normal brightness of the luminaire is 30%.  When the Motion Sensor detects that a person/car is moving towards the luminaire, the brightness is increased to 100%.
  • When the Motion Sensor detects that a person/vehicle is moving away, the brightness is reduced to 30%.
