Although inspired by a rich artistic heritage through the imagination of futuristic architecture, the new Dusit Thani Hotel retains the elegant Thai hospitality elements of the past, flawlessly blended with new technologies.

And, to provide an unforgettable experience for hotel guests, Dusit Thani Bangkok has specifically selected Philips Dynalite's Room Control Unit (RCU) to ensure the control of the lighting system, the air conditioning system, electric curtain system, and various electrical equipment in the 257 rooms perfectly work so that the guests can be impressed every time.

Such an impression also includes other special services such as 1) Turning on the in-room air conditioning system as soon as the guest checks in, 2) Different Welcome Scenes to welcome guests who are opening the room door during the day/night, or 3) Turndown Service for staff to prepare the room for the night while sending the guests to the bed, and etc.

Another important function of being a Certified System Integrator for Signify Commercial (Thailand) is to use the Interact Hospitality integrating system to manage Philips Dynalite's RCU to work seamlessly with the following hotel management; 

• Property Management System (PMS) for hotel guest information 

• Centralized Building Management System (BMS)

• Vingcard room access system (door lock and key card
